26 Minute Power Flow

Turbo 26 offers Power Flow heated yoga throughout the day. Power Flow is a fast-flow, fitness-based vinyasa practice that builds internal heat and improves stamina, strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Since our classes are only 26 minutes long, we eliminate most of the resting poses typically found in yoga classes and focus on the flow, matching breath to movement. One Hour Advanced Flow
